Helen graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2014 and has been supporting patients of all ages with their musculoskeletal health ever since. She has a particular interest in pregnancy Chiropractic and enjoys caring for people through every stage of life. Helen is passionate about helping her patients feel listened to, understood, and supported while working towards their individual health and wellbeing goals.

As a mum of three, Helen understands the physical demands that pregnancy, parenthood, and busy family life can place on the body. This personal experience, alongside her professional training, allows her to relate to many of the challenges her patients face.

Outside the clinic, Helen loves spending time with outdoors with her family and embraces the busy life that comes with raising three children. Her warmth, empathy, and genuine passion for helping others are reflected in the care she provides every day.
