Frequently Asked Questions

At your first visit at Aspire Chiropractic you will be welcomed to clinic by one of our Clinic Assistants and asked to complete our New Patient consultation form. 

You will then have your Examination and Consultation with a fully qualified Chiropractor.

A full medical and lifestyle history will be taken, along with a Chiropractic, orthopaedic and neurological Examination.

If x-rays are required, your Chiropractor will discuss this with you and take the X-rays if needed. Your X-rays will then be sent to a Chiropractic radiologist for a second opinion and full report.

This appointment will last approximately one hour.

Your second visit is called your Report of Findings Visit. We recommend that this appointment should be booked 2-3 days after you initial appointment.

On this visit, your Chiropractor will explain their findings from your initial examination and show you your x-rays if these were taken. Your Chiropractor will then discuss the treatment plan that they recommend along with any lifestyle changes that they feel will improve your health.

If you are happy to commence Chiropractic care then you will receive your first Chiropractic adjustment on this visit.

After your initial examination and consultation your Chiropractor will need to study all of the findings, along with the X-rays if these are taken, and produce a plan of care that best suits you as an individual.

We believe that in most cases, it is best practice to study these findings before commencing with treatment in order to provide the safest care.

This will depend on your insurance company and the policy type however, we provide all our patients with detailed, itemised receipts and statements in order for you to submit to your insurance company.

We cannot invoice insurance companies directly, this must be done through the patient.

We welcome babies and children to our clinic!  We offer a free spinal check up appointment in order for you to discuss how Chiropractic care could be beneficial to your family.

Our Chiropractors are specifically trained in order to deliver gentle and safe Chiropractic care to babies and young children.

Pregnancy can place a lot of stress on the body and therefore Chiropractic care may be able to alleviate discomfort and aid with delivery.

Adjustment techniques can be altered in order to provide the safest care to women in any stage of their pregnancy.
